What FamilyCare is
FamilyCare is a monthly membership that lets people in the United States pay for scheduled medical care for family members in Guatemala. It is not insurance or a health plan.
What the membership includes
The membership includes one scheduled medical visit per month, discounts on medications and laboratory tests in the partner network, and a written report after each visit.
What is not included
The membership does not cover emergencies, hospitalizations, surgeries, or transportation. Discounts only apply at pharmacies and laboratories in the network.
Payment and cancellation
The cost is 39 USD per month. You can cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp. There are no lock-in periods.
Responsibility
We coordinate appointments with licensed local clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories. Those providers deliver the medical care. We do not diagnose or prescribe medications.
Changes to the service
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will notify you by WhatsApp or email.
